Insight

Agrovigor: Jurnal Agroekoteknologi is a media for publication of scientific articles related to agricultural science/agroecotechnology, which includes: plant science (plant cultivation and breeding), soil science, as well as pests and plant diseases. Articles can be published in Indonesian and English. The manuscript can be in the form of the latest research results (no later than 5 years ago), a brief review (review), policy analysis, or short research notes (research notes) on experimental techniques, tools, observations, and preliminary results trial (preliminary results).

Submission of the manuscript

Agrovigor: Agroecotechnology journal has used the "Open Journal System (OJS)" system so that the writer can upload the manuscript through the page http://journal.trunojoyo.ac.id/agrovigor. Manuscripts received are manuscripts that have never been published or are not in the process of publication in other national and international scientific journals to avoid double publication.

Manuscript format

The manuscript can be written in Indonesian or English. In order for a manuscript to be published, the author is expected to follow a predetermined format. Manuscripts including Abstracts are typed double-spaced on A4 size paper (21 cm x 29.7 cm) with a 3 cm border, Times New Roman letters measuring 12 points. The script is typed in with the Microsoft Word (.docx) program. Each page is numbered sequentially, a maximum of 18 pages including tables and figures. Tables and figures are presented in text (do not need to be separated).

Arrangement of manuscripts

The first page of the manuscript consists of:

  1. Title
  2. The full name of the author (put * on the author for correspondence)
  3. Author's address and affiliation (including telephone number, faximile number, and author's e-mail address for correspondence)

The second page consists of title, abstract, and keywords. The name and identity of the author may not be written on the second page. The next page consists of: preliminary Material and Method Results and Discussion Conclusion Acknowledgments (if any) References Manuscripts in the form of reviews, policy analyzes, and research notes do not have to be written according to the composition of the research paper. Provisions for manuscripts in the form of research notes are a maximum of 5 pages including tables and figures. The introduction and method are written briefly, and without abstracts. Description of each part of the manuscript Title page The title is bold in capital letters at the beginning of each word, except for conjunctions, including: and, which are, for, in, to, from, to, as, but, based on, in, between, through, in terms of. The maximum title consists of 12 words (not including conjunctions). The title must reflect the results of the research (efforts should not be preceded by the words influence, study, study, analysis, evaluation). Manuscripts in Indonesian must be accompanied by titles in English in bold and italic type. Under the title, write the full names (not abbreviated) of all authors along with the names and addresses of the authors' affiliated institutions. The author's name for the correspondence is marked *. Addresses for correspondence include zip codes, telephone and mobile numbers, fax numbers, and e-mail.

Abstract and Keywords

The second page consists of title, abstract (abstract), and keywords (keywords). The author's identity may not be included on this page. Provisions regarding abstracts and keywords are: Paragraphs can be independent and must include a brief introduction, objectives, methods, results and main conclusions in a concise manner. Implications of research results should also be listed in the abstract. There are no library citations in the abstract. Abstract written in English and Indonesian. Abstracts in each language consist of one paragraph, a maximum of 250 words and typed in two spaces Keywords are written after abstract, maximum 5 words apart from words in the title and arranged in alphabetical order.

Text

The beginning of the paragraph starts a tab from the left side of the text. Writing subtitles (INTRODUCTION, MATERIALS AND METHODS, RESULTS AND DISCUSSION, CONCLUSIONS, ACKNOWLEDGMENTS, and REFERENCES) are written in the middle with capital letters and do not use numbers. Subtitles are written on the left side of the page in italics and capital letters at the beginning of each word. The name of the organism must be followed by its full scientific name in the first disclosure. The scientific name is italicized, while the author's name is from the name ilmah and words such as var. written upright. Example: Elaeis guineensis Jacq. The abbreviation is first written in parentheses after the abbreviated words. Unit writing uses International Standards (SI). Negative exponents are used to denote the denominator, for example: mg L-1, not mg / L. The unit is written using a space after the number, except for expressing percent, for example: 37 oC, not 37oC; 0.8%, not 0.8%. Decimal writing uses commas (Indonesian) and or periods (for English / abstract), while thousands are separated by periods. All tables and figures must be referred to in the text.

References

Provisions for library as a reference are: Literature sources (journals, patents, dissertations, theses, proceedings, and textbooks) that are current (at least 80% of libraries written in the last 10 years) Proportion of primary / journal referral sources of at least 80% Limiting the number of libraries that refer to oneself (self citation) We recommend that you avoid using libraries in libraries, popular books, and libraries from the internet Libraries from the internet that can be used are journals and libraries from government or private agencies Papers presented at a seminar or symposium but not published in a proceeding or other scientific publication media are not allowed as a reference Abstracts are not allowed as references References Bibliography is written in alphabetical order. Table

Tables included in the text. Tables must be written in table format from Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) and submitted in a separate file from the script. The table has a maximum width of 166 mm. The table numbering is made sequentially. The title of the table is written briefly but completely. The title and head of the table use capital letters at the beginning of the sentence. Vertical lines are not used. Footnotes use numbers with closing brackets and typed superscript. The * or ** sign is used to indicate the real rates at 5% and 1% respectively. If another real level is used, use additional symbols.

Picture

All images must be referred to in the text. Images and illustrations must use high resolution and good contrast in JPEG, PDF or TIFF format. The minimum resolution for photos is 300 dpi (dots per inch), while for graphics and line art is 600 dpi. Black and white images must be created in grayscale mode, while color images are in RGB mode. Images made with a maximum width of 80 mm (one column), 125 mm (one half column), or 166 mm (two columns). Images are also uploaded / sent in a separate file from the manuscript with clear numbers, titles and descriptions on each image. Image recommended black and white; if you want to include a color image will be subject to additional printing costs to the author. The description in the picture must be clear. If the image size is reduced then all writing must be legible. Statistical charts are accompanied by source data files (Microsoft Excel program) for easy editing.

Publication Procedure

The author of the wajb fills out and signs the statement form that the manuscript has never been or is not being submitted for publication in another journal. Examples of forms can be seen on the back page of the Agrovigor Journal print edition or can also be downloaded from the page http://journal.trunojoyo.ac.id/agrovigor. All texts received will be sent to the Editor's Board for evaluation. The Editorial Board has the right to ask the author to make improvements before the manuscript is sent to reviewers. The editor also has the right to reject the manuscript if the manuscript does not fit into the specified format. The manuscript will be reviewed by a minimum of two experts in the field concerned. The Editor Board will determine the manuscript that can be published based on the results of the review. The results of the review are notified to the author.

Publication Fee

All publication process is free. The printing fee for the approved text is Rp. 350,000.- including shipping (only Indonesian author).

Petunjuk Bagi Penulis

Wawasan
Jurnal Agrovigor merupakan media untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan ilmu agroekoteknologi yang meliputi: ilmu tanaman (budidaya dan pemuliaan tanaman), ilmu tanah, serta hama dan penyakit tanaman. Artikel dapat diterbitkan dalam Bahasa Indonesia maupun Bahasa Inggris. Naskah dapat berupa hasil-hasil penelitian mutakhir (paling lama 5 tahun yang lalu), ulasan singkat (review), analisis kebijakan, atau catatan penelitian singkat (research notes) mengenai teknik percobaan, alat, pengamatan, dan hasil awal
percobaan (preliminary results).


Penyerahan naskah
Agrovigor: Jurnal Agroekoteknologi telah menggunakan sistem “Open Journal System (OJS)” sehingga penulis dapat mengunggah naskah melalui laman http://journal.trunojoyo.ac.id/agrovigor. Naskah yang diterima adalah naskah yang belum pernah dimuat atau tidak sedang dalam proses publikasi dalam jurnal ilmiah nasional maupun internasional lainnya agar tidak terjadi double publication.


Format naskah
Naskah dapat ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris. Agar naskah dapat dipublikasikan, penulis diharapkan untuk mengikuti format yang telah ditentukan. Naskah termasuk Abstrak diketik dua spasi pada kertas ukuran A4 (21 cm x 29.7 cm) dengan pias 3 cm, huruf Times New Roman berukuran 12 point. Naskah diketik dengan program Microsoft Word (.docx). Setiap halaman diberi nomor secara berurutan, maksimum 18 halaman termasuk tabel dan gambar. Tabel dan gambar disajikan dalam teks (tidak perlu dipisah).

Susunan naskah Halaman pertama dari naskah terdiri atas:

1. Judul
2. Nama lengkap penulis (beri tanda * pada penulis untuk korespondensi)
3. Alamat dan afiliasi penulis (termasuk nomor telepon, nomor faksimile, dan alamat e-mail penulis untuk korespondensi)


Halaman kedua terdiri atas judul, abstrak, dan kata kunci. Nama dan identitas penulis tidak boleh dituliskan pada halaman kedua.

Halaman selanjutnya terdiri atas:

  1. Pendahuluan
  2. Bahan dan Metode
  3. Hasil dan Pembahasan
  4. Kesimpulan
  5. Ucapan Terima Kasih (bila ada)
  6. Daftar Pustaka


Naskah berupa ulasan, analisis kebijakan, dan catatan penelitian tidak harus ditulis menurut susunan naskah hasil penelitian. Ketentuan untuk naskah berupa catatan penelitian adalah maksimum 5 halaman termasuk tabel dan gambar.
Pendahuluan dan metode ditulis singkat, dan tanpa abstrak.

Deskripsi tiap bagian naskah
Halaman Judul
Judul dicetak tebal (bold) dengan huruf kapital pada setiap awal kata, kecuali kata sambung, antara lain: dan, yang, untuk, di, ke, dari, terhadap, sebagai, tetapi, berdasarkan, dalam, antara, melalui, secara. Judul maksimum terdiri atas 12 kata (tidak termasuk kata sambung). Judul harus mencerminkan hasil penelitian (diusahakan tidak diawali oleh kata pengaruh, kajian, studi, analisa, evaluasi). Naskah dalam Bahasa Indonesia harus disertai judul dalam Bahasa Inggris yang dicetak tebal dan miring. Di bawah judul, ditulis nama lengkap (tidak disingkat) semua penulis beserta nama dan alamat lembaga afiliasi penulis. Nama penulis untuk korespondensi diberi tanda *. Alamat untuk korespondensi dilengkapi dengan kode pos, nomor telepon dan HP, nomor faksimile, dan e-mail.

Abstract dan Keywords
Halaman kedua terdiri atas judul, abstrak (abstract), dan kata kunci (keywords). Identitas penulis tidak boleh disertakan pada halaman ini.
Ketentuan mengenai abstrak dan kata kunci adalah:

  1. Paragraf dapat berdiri sendiri dan harus mencakup pendahuluan singkat, tujuan, metode, hasil, dan kesimpulan utama secara ringkas
  2. Implikasi hasil penelitian juga sebaiknya tercantum dalam abstrak
  3. Tidak ada kutipan pustaka di dalam abstrak
  4. Abstrak ditulis dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia
  5. Abstrak dalam masing-masing bahasa terdiri atas satu paragraf, maksimum 250 kata dan diketik dalam dua spasi
  6. Kata kunci ditulis setelah abstrak, maksimum 5 kata selain kata dalam judul dan disusun berurutan berdasarkan abjad.

Teks
Awal paragraf dimulai satu tab dari sisi kiri naskah. Penulisan sub judul (PENDAHULUAN, BAHAN DAN METODE, HASIL DAN PEMBAHASAN, KESIMPULAN, UCAPAN TERIMA KASIH, dan DAFTAR PUSTAKA) ditulis di tengah dengan huruf kapital dan tidak menggunakan nomor. Sub-sub judul ditulis di kiri halaman dengan cetak miring (italic) dan huruf kapital di setiap awal kata. Nama organisme harus diikuti dengan nama ilmiahnya secara lengkap pada pengungkapan pertama. Nama ilmiah ditulis miring, sedangkan nama penulis dari nama ilmah dan kata seperti var. ditulis tegak. Contoh: Elaeis guineensis Jacq. Singkatan pertama kali ditulis dalam kurung setelah kata-kata yang disingkatnya.
Penulisan satuan menggunakan Standar Internasional (SI). Eksponen negatif digunakan untuk menyatakan satuan penyebut, contoh: mg L-1, bukan mg/L. Satuan ditulis menggunakan spasi setelah angka, kecuali untuk menyatakan persen, contoh: 37 oC, bukan 37oC; 0,8%, bukan 0,8 %. Penulisan desimal menggunakan koma (bahasa indonesia) dan atau titik (untuk bahasa inggris/abstract), sedangkan penulisan ribuan dipisahkan oleh tanda titik. Seluruh tabel dan gambar harus dirujuk dalam teks.

Daftar Pustaka
Ketentuan untuk pustaka sebagai rujukan adalah:

  1. Sumber pustaka (jurnal, paten, disertasi, tesis, prosiding, dan buku teks) yang aktual (minimal 80% pustaka ditulis dalam 10 tahun terakhir)
  2. Proporsi sumber rujukan primer/jurnal minimal 80%
  3. Membatas jumlah pustaka yang mengacu pada diri sendiri (self citation)
  4. Sebaiknya penggunaan pustaka di dalam pustaka, buku populer, dan pustaka dari internet dihindari
  5. Pustaka dari internet yang dapat digunakan adalah jurnal dan pustaka dari instansi pemerintah atau swasta
  6. Makalah yang dipresentasikan di suatu seminar atau simposium tetapi tidak dipublikasikan dalam suatu prosiding atau media publikasi ilmiah lain tidak diperbolehkan sebagai rujukan
  7. Abstrak tidak diperbolehkan sebagai rujukan

Daftar Pustaka
Daftar Pustaka ditulis berdasarkan urutan abjad. Style penulisan mengikuti APA style. (https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/references/examples#journal)

Tabel

Tabel disertakan dalam teks. Tabel harus dituliskan dalam format tabel dari Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) dan disampaikan dalam file terpisah dari naskah. Tabel berukuran lebar maksimal 166 mm. Penomoran tabel dibuat berurutan. Judul tabel ditulis singkat namun lengkap. Judul dan kepala tabel menggunakan huruf kapital pada awal kalimat. Garis vertikal tidak digunakan. Catatan kaki menggunakan angka dengan kurung tutup dan diketik superscript. Tanda * atau ** digunakan untuk menunjukkan tingkat nyata berturut-turut pada taraf kesalahan 5% dan 1%. Jika digunakan taraf nyata yang lain, gunakan simbol tambahan.

Gambar
Seluruh gambar harus dirujuk dalam teks. Gambar dan ilustrasi harus menggunakan resolusi tinggi dan kontras yang baik dalam format JPEG, PDF atau TIFF. Resolusi minimal untuk foto adalah 300 dpi (dot per inch), sedangkan untuk grafik dan line art adalah 600 dpi. Gambar hitam putih harus dibuat dalam mode grayscale, sedangkan gambar berwarna dalam mode RGB. Gambar dibuat berukuran lebar maksimal 80 mm (satu kolom), 125 mm (satu setengah kolom), atau 166 mm (dua kolom).

Gambar juga diunggah/dikirimkan berupa file terpisah dari naskah dengan nomor, judul, dan keterangan yang jelas pada setiap gambar. Gambar dianjurkan hitam putih; apabila ingin mencantumkan gambar berwarna akan dikenakan tambahan biaya cetak kepada penulis. Keterangan di dalam gambar harus jelas. Jika ukuran gambar diperkecil maka semua tulisan harus tetap dapat terbaca. Grafik statistik disertai dengan file data sumbernya (program Microsoft Excel) untuk memudahkan editing.


Prosedur Publikasi
Penulis wajb mengisi dan menandatangani formulir pernyataan bahwa naskah belum pernah atau tidak sedang diajukan untuk dipublikasikan jurnal lain. Contoh formulir dapat dilihat di halaman belakang edisi cetak Jurnal Agrovigor atau dapat juga diunduh dari laman http://journal.trunojoyo.ac.id/agrovigor. Seluruh naskah yang diterima akan dikirimkan ke Dewan Editor untuk dinilai. Dewan Editor berhak meminta penulis untuk melakukan perbaikan sebelum naskah dikirim ke penelaah. Editor juga berhak menolak naskah jika naskah tidak sesuai dengan format yang telah ditentukan. Naskah akan ditelaah oleh minimum dua orang ahli di bidang yang bersangkutan. Dewan Editor akan menentukan naskah yang dapat diterbitkan berdasarkan hasil penelaahan. Hasil penelaahan diberitahukan kepada penulis.

Biaya Publikasi
Seluruh proses publikasi gratis. Biaya cetak untuk naskah yang telah disetujui adalah Rp. 350.000.- termasuk ongkos kirim. Jika terdapat halaman dengan foto/gambar berwarna maka dikenai biaya tambahan. Penulis akan mendapatkan 1 buah cetak lepas (reprint) dan 1 Jurnal Agrovigor edisi tersebut.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if accepted for publication, copyright of the article shall be assigned to Agrovigor: Jurnal Agroekoteknologi.

    The copyright transfer agreement and publishing ethical statement gives the Publisher the permission of the author(s) to publish the Work, and it empowers the Publisher to protect the Work against unauthorized use and to properly authorize dissemination of the Work by means of printed publications, offprints, reprints,electronic files, licensed photocopies, microform editions, translations, document delivery and secondary information sources such as abstracting, reviewing and indexing services, including converting the Work into machine readable form and storing it in electronic databases. It also gives the author(s) broad rights of fair use.

    The copyright transfer agreement and publishing ethical statement should be filled with respect to article and be signed originally and sent to the Editorial Office in the form of original mail, or scanned document file (softcopy).   2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format. Format must suitable on Agrovigor: Jurnal Agroekoteknologi (Author Guidelines & Journal Template).
  3. Reference format uses APA style.
  4. The text is double-spaced; uses a 12-point Times New Roman font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
