SISTEM INFORMASI PROFIL PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS WEB DI DINAS PENDIDIKAN KABUPATEN SIDOARJO

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Dinas Pendidikan (Dispendik) Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki tugas untuk mengelola data pendidikan di kabupaten.  Adapun permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah pendataan profil pendidikan sekolah. Hal ini dikarenakan Dispendik tidak memiliki data yang lengkap. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka dibuatlah sebuah sistem informasi profil pendidikan berbasis web pada kabupaten Sidoarjo. Fitur yang ada dalam sistem tersebut antara lain pencarian peta dan lokasi sekolah, daftar sekolah pada semua jenjang, detail data sekolah, daftar guru, daftar siswa, daftar pegawai, album prestasi, rating sekolah, komentar, hasil rekapitulasi, grafik, laporan dan proses validasi operator sekolah. Pada penerapannya, sistem informasi ini dapat memudahkan dalam proses pendataan profil pendidikan baik bagi pihak sekolah, Dispendik dan masyarakat.

 ABSTRACT

The Education Official (Dispendik) of Sidoarjo has a duty to manage the data of education in the distrcit. In the data management, one problem often occurs a collection of school education profile which is due to the incomplete data support. To overcome the problem, a web-based profile of education information system is created. The system’s features include: searching map and location of school, data of any schools at all levels, detail information of school profile, teachers data, students data, employees data, album of accomplishments, school rating, comments, recapitulation, reports and graphs, and also validation process of school operator. In its practice, this information system can easily facilitate the data collection process for the educational profile of the school, the Education Official and the society
