Widyagogik: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar implements a rigorous, transparent, and ethical peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of all published articles. The journal is committed to maintaining high scholarly standards in the field of elementary education.
Review Model
The journal applies a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process. This policy ensures objectivity, fairness, and impartial evaluation of all submissions. Each manuscript that passes the initial editorial screening is reviewed by two (2) independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript’s topic and methodology.
Review Timeline
All submissions are first examined by the editorial team within 1–2 weeks to evaluate their suitability, scholarly quality, and adherence to ethical and formatting standards. Manuscripts that meet these requirements are then assessed by two (2) expert reviewers through a double-blind review process, which usually requires 4–6 weeks. Authors are normally allotted 2–4 weeks to revise their papers in response to reviewers’ feedback. Once accepted, the manuscript proceeds to editing and layout preparation, typically completed within 2–4 weeks. In general, the entire process from submission to publication takes approximately 8–16 weeks.
