Journal of Social, Culture, and Language

To be considered for publication in the Journal of Social, Culture, and Language, authors must complete all stages of the journal's review and publication process. By submitting a manuscript, authors acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright and Publishing Rights
Upon acceptance for publication, authors agree to transfer the copyright of the published article to the Journal of Social, Culture, and Language, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura, as the publisher. This transfer grants the journal the right to reproduce, publish, distribute, archive, and communicate the article in various formats and media, including printed copies, reprints, electronic media, translations, and other forms of reproduction.

2. Authors' Rights and Dissemination
Authors retain the right to use and disseminate their published work for lawful scholarly and academic purposes. Authors may share the article's link or DOI and may reuse their work without obtaining prior written permission from the journal, provided that the Journal of Social, Culture, and Language is properly acknowledged as the original publisher.

3. License
Use of the content published on this website is subject to the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

4. Reproduction and Permission
Reproduction of any part of an article, storage in retrieval systems or databases, or transmission by electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or other means requires appropriate permission where such permission is required under applicable copyright law.

5. Responsibility for Published Content
The Editorial Board makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all published materials. However, the opinions, findings, interpretations, conclusions, and other statements expressed in published articles are solely the responsibility of the respective authors.

6. Copyright Transfer Form
Authors are required to complete and sign the Copyright Transfer Form upon acceptance of their manuscript. The form can be downloaded here: CTA FORM OF JSCL.

After signing, the completed Copyright Transfer Form should be submitted either as an original hard copy by mail or as a scanned copy via email to the following address:
