Eksplorasi Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Berasrama

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan kerja, pendidikan karakter, dukungan orang tua, penguasaan teknologi digital dan minat belajar siswa program keahlian SMK Kehutanan Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan tabulasi silang antar variabel. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI dan XII SMK Kehutanan Negeri Makassar, dengan sampel sebanyak 138 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapan kerja dominan pada kategori tinggi, pendidikan karakter dominan pada kategori tinggi, dukungan orang tua dominan pada kategori yang sangat tinggi, penguasaan teknologi digital dominan pada kategori tinggi, dan minat belajar program keahlian siswa dominan pada kategori tinggi.
