Strategi Inovasi dalam Mengintegrasikan Literasi Digital pada Pendidikan Kejuruan

Abstract


Pendidikan kejuruan telah mengalami perubahan signifikan seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi digital. Literasi digital menjadi unsur yang sangat penting dalam mempersiapkan siswa kejuruan untuk sukses dalam dunia kerja yang semakin terdigitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis strategi inovasi untuk mengintegrasikan literasi digital dalam kurikulum dan pengajaran; (2) menganalisis implementasi inovasi literasi digital dalam pendidikan kejuruan; dan (3) menganalisis keefektifan inovasi literasi digital terhadap kualitas pendidikan kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode descriptive content analysis study yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan isi dari artikel ilmiah yang dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi inovasi literasi digital di pendidikan kejuruan, melibatkan penggunaan e-learning, proyek berbasis industri, pelatihan guru, dan kurikulum terkini, terbukti efektif meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Implementasi inovasi literasi digital dengan pelatihan siswa dan kerjasama industri membuktikan keberhasilannya dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan teknologi dunia kerja. Evaluasi inovasi dampak positif literasi digital menunjukkan peningkatan profesionalisme guru, kondisi pembelajaran yang lebih baik, dan peran krusial dalam pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21, serta menegaskan pentingnya terus memprioritaskan literasi digital dalam pendidikan kejuruan.
