RANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENILAIAN KINERJA AKUNTABILITAS KOPERASI ASPEK ORGANISASI

ABSTRAK

Menurut Kepmen Koperasi & UKM no. 43 Tahun 2004, akuntabilitas koperasi adalah kewajiban pengurus atau pengelola koperasi untuk mempertanggungjawabkan hasil kerja yang dicapai. Satuan Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (SKPD) yang membidangi koperasi baik tingkat propinsi maupun kabupaten/kota melakukan penilaian kinerja akuntabilitas pada koperasi di wilayah kerja masingmasing. Pemetaan kondisi koperasi secara riil belum dapat diketahui secara jelas untuk tiap koperasi. Hal ini yang menjadi kendala dalam program pembinaan untuk menuju koperasi yang sehat. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuatkan rancangan sistem terutama yang berkaitan dengan struktur basis data dari penilaian kinerja akuntabilitas koperasi aspek organisasi. Yang diawali dengan diagram konteks sebagai gambaran umum sistem yang akan dibangun, relasi tabel dan desain form yang berfungsi sebagai interface antara user dengan sistem. Penerapan teknologi informasi pada penelitian ini diharapkan akan memudahkan untuk membuat program-program pembinaan kedepan terhadap koperasi berdasarkan informasi yang diketahui dari hasil penilaian tersebut, baik secara internal maupun maupun pihak-pihak lain yang berkepentingan (stakeholder), agar koperasi menjadi sehat, tanggung, mandiri, dan menjadi lembaga profesional sesuai dengan jati dirinya sesuai dengan amanat konstitusi.

ABSTRACT

Cooperative accountability is the duty of the board or manager of the cooperative to account for the work achieved. Local Government Work Units (SKPD) in charge of cooperatives at both provincial and district / city levels undertake an assessment of accountability performance at cooperatives in their respective working areas. The mapping of cooperative conditions in real can not be clearly known for each cooperative. This is a constraint in the coaching program to a healthy cooperative. In this research will be made system design especially related with database structure from performance appraisal of cooperative accountability of organizational aspect. Which begins with the context diagram as a general overview of the system to be built, table relations and form design that serves as the interface between the user and the system. The application of information
technology in this study is expected to make it easier to make future coaching programs on cooperatives based on information that is known from the results of the assessment, either internally or as well as other stakeholders, so that cooperatives become healthy, responsibility, independent , and become a professional institution in accordance with its identity in accordance with the mandate of the constitution.
