PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN DAN PERAMALAN PERMINTAAN IRT ANUGERAH MULIA UTAMA DAN LBB AHADUN EDUCATION

ABSTRAK

Artikel ini mempresentasikan hasil pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen yang diimplementasikan pada Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) khususnya pada Home Industri Pembuatan Makanan Ringan dan Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar yang berlokasi di Kediri, Jawa Timur. Sistem ini dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pengumpulan dan pencatatan data serta pembuatan laporan yang dapat dipilih sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Dalam proses pengembangannya, siklus hidup pengembangan proyek dengan pendekatan standar PMBOK dan Objek Oriented khususnya metode Component-Based berbasis Use Case Driven Objek diimplementasikan. Metode Use Case Driven Objek digunakan untuk menghasilkan blueprint sistem, sementara standar PMBOK digunakan untuk memonitor kemajuan pengembangan proyek dan sekaligus meminimumkan resiko kegagalan yang mungkin terjadi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh informasi bahwa fitur keuangan merupakan fitur utama yang harus ada pada kedua UKM, sedangkan fitur peramalan dan akademik merupakan fitur tambahan. Untuk memperoleh informasi yang diperlukan, pengguna dapat mengkustomisasi laporan dan menampilkannya baik dalam bentuk grafik atau tabel. Selain itu, dalam project ini juga dibuat website company profile untuk masing-masing UKM yang bertujuan meningkatkan potensi pemasaran dan memperkenalkan produk kepada masyarakat. Pada akhir proses, UKM akan memperoleh pelatihan sebanyak 4 kali dan pendampingan untuk memastikan bahwa aplikasi yang telah dikembangkan tersebut dapat dipergunakan secara kontinu.

ABSTRACT
These articles present the result of Management Information System development occur in Small Medium Enterprise (SME) specialize in Food Home Industry and Private Tutoring Agency located in Kediri, East Java. These systems aim to improve effectiveness and efficiency to collect data and make reports based on user needs. During development of the systems, PMBOK standard project life cycle and Object Oriented approach especially component based development using Use Case Driven Object are implemented. Use Case Driven method is used to develop system blueprint while PMBOK standard then used to monitor progress level of the project and minimize the risk of project failure. From the analysis, it is found that financial is the main feature required, while forecast and academic are additional features. In order to provide some useful information, user may customize reports and display neither it graphic nor table. Furthermore, these projects also develop company profile website to enhance marketing potential as well as introducing products to the consumer. In the end of the process, clients were trained to use the application for 4 times. After all process finished, monitoring and mentoring process held to ensure the applications are used.
