PENGUKURAN KINERJA FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS TRUNOJOYO MENGGUNAKAN ACADEMIC SCORECARD (ASC) DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perancangan model pengukuran kinerja Fakultas Teknik Universitas Trunojoyo menggunakan Academic Scorecard (ASC) dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Academic Scorecard (ASC) adalah salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja perguruan tinggi. Namun, penentuan prioritas perspektif merupakan salah satu masalah yang kompleks dalam menerapkan ASC. Penentuan prioritas perspektif dan keterkaitannya dengan berbagai elemen perguruan tinggi yang lain, tergolong dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan kriteria majemuk. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) adalah alat yang biasa digunakan pada kondisi pengambilan keputusan dengan kriteria majemuk. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepentingan Academic. Management Perspective sebesar 16,85%, Stakeholder Perspective sebesar 41,56%, Internal Business Process Perspective sebesar 57,45%, dan Innovation and Learning Perspective sebesar 42,20%. Berdasarkan ASC, tingkat ketercapaian keseluruhan perspektif di FT-UID sebesar 42,37%.

Abstract

This study discusses the design of performance measurement model in the Faculty of Engineering Trunojoyo University by using Academic Academic Scorecard (ASC) with the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Academic Scorecard (ASC) is one tool that can be used to measure college performance. However, the prioritization of perspective is one of the complex problems in implementing the ASC. Prioritization perspective and coherence of the various elements of the others universities, are considered in decisions with multiple criteria. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a tool commonly used in the decision-making with multiple criteria. The result of this research indicate that the level of interest Academic. The results show that Management Perspective of 16.85%, amounting to 41.56% Stakeholder Perspective, Internal Business Process Perspective by 57.45%, and the Innovation and Learning Perspective of 42.20%. Based on the ASC, the level of achievement for the whole perspective of 42.37%.
