Abstract

Pottery is one of the crafts made by humans from clay which is formed and then burned, which will later be used for household needs. With the development of the times, pottery was not only used for household needs but also used as decoration or knick-knacks. This Community Service Service aims to increase the local potential of the village community through the processing of clay into a craft. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation and literature study. The technique of making pottery carried out in Tiripan Village uses traditional techniques. The technique used in pottery craftsmen here is using a rotary technique. The development of pottery products and their marketing strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic is by selling to middlemen or people around the village who want to buy. This is because the seller is not familiar with promotion through social media.
