KEPUASAN KERJA SATUAN PENGAMANAN (SATPAM) UNIVERSITAS PADJADJARAN: DITINJAU DARI ASPEK JOB DESCRIPTION INDEX (JDI)

Abstract


Abstrak: kepuasan kerja security (satpam) Universitas Padjadjaran: ditinjau dari aspek Job Description Index (JDI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan kerja satpam yang bekerja di Universitas Padjadjaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah satpam yang aktif bekerja di lingkungan Universitas Padjadjaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 orang satpam. Alat ukur yang digunakan skala Job Description Index (JDI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 5,56% satpam di Universitas Padjadjaran memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja yang cenderung tidak puas, 13,88% satpam di Universitas Padjadjaran memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja puas, dan di dominasi dengan tingkat kepuasan cenderung puas dengan 80,56%.

Abstract: security guard job satisfactionof Padjadjaran University: base on aspect Job Description Index (JDI).This study was tomeasure the security guard job satisfactionof Padjadjaran University. The method used is a quantitative survey method.The population in this study is an active security guard that was working in the Padjadjaran University. The sample in this study were 36 security guards. Data collector using scale of Job Description Index (JDI). The results showed that 5.56% of security guards at Padjadjaran University had a level of job satisfaction that dissatisfied, 13.88% of security guards at Padjadjaran University had a satisfactory level of job satisfaction, and were dominated levels satisfied with 80.56%.
