Analisis Struktur Teks Sastra dalam Bahan Ajar BIPA Sahabatku Indonesia: Studi Wacana Kritis Model Van Dijk

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the application of the three dimensions of literary text (text structure, meaning, and social context) in BIPA Sahabatku Indonesia teaching materials using qualitative methods with a critical discourse analysis approach of Van Dijk model. This teaching material was chosen because it contains literary texts that have the potential to introduce Indonesian language and culture to foreign speakers. The focus of this study is to identify how the three dimensions of literary texts are applied and affect learners' understanding of Indonesian language and culture. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with text analysis as the main instrument. Data were collected through analysis of literary texts contained in the teaching materials and analyzed based on three dimensions: text structure, meaning, and social context. The results showed that the text structure dimension in this teaching material was quite good with a clear and easy-to-understand narrative organization. The meaning dimension reveals moral values that can shape students' characters, such as discipline, responsibility, and social awareness. kurikulum dan bahan ajar BIPA yang lebih efektif dan kontekstual.Meanwhile, the social context dimension reflects Indonesian social and cultural norms that can enrich learners' understanding of the social life of Indonesian society, such as gotong royong, tolerance, and local wisdom. This research is expected to contribute to the development of BIPA curriculum and teaching materials that are more effective and contextualized.
