Pengaruh Green Human Resource Management Terhadap Green Innovation (Studi pada PT. Catur Sentosa Adiprana. Tbk Cabang Kota Palangka Raya)

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) terhadap Green innovation pada PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk cabang Palangka Raya. Menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), penelitian ini melibatkan 46 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.1. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa GHRM, yang mencakup Green ability, Green Motivation, dan Green opportunities, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green innovation. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GHRM dapat mendukung inovasi lingkungan dalam perusahaan. Disarankan agar penelitian selanjutnya memperluas cakupan studi dengan metode purposive sampling dan menambah variabel seperti kinerja karyawan atau peran Green innovation sebagai mediasi untuk memperkaya hasil. Selain itu, penelitian di berbagai perusahaan yang telah menerapkan GHRM dapat memberikan perbandingan yang lebih mendalam mengenai efektivitas GHRM dalam mencapai tujuan keberlanjutan.
