Preferensi Nasabah dalam Memilih Produk Tabungan Mudharabah KSPPS BMT NU Cabang Tanah Merah: Pendekatan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)

Abstract

Currently, there are many savings products offered by financial institutions. One of them is a non-bank financial institution BMT NU with Mudharabah Savings. Preference is part of the components of an individual's decision-making. These components are perceptions, attitudes, values, tendencies and satisfaction. These components influence each other in making a decision. the factors that influence customer preferences in choosing mudharabah savings products at BMT are profit sharing, withdrawal period, initial deposit, minimum deposit. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine customer preferences in choosing mudharabah savings products at BMT NU Tanah Merah Branch using the AHP approach. Sources of data from this study are through interviews, questionnaires and documentation of customers who have savings in BMT. The sample in this study was 90 respondents, then the data was processed with AHP calculations so as to produce priority weights in choosing savings. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the withdrawal time is the main priority by customers with a weight value of 0.316576, the second priority is the minimum deposit with a weight value of 0.164539, the third priority is profit sharing with a weight value of 0.1544520 and the last is the initial deposit with a weight value of 0.1544520. the weight value is 0.118143.
