Praktik Akad Murabahah pada Produk Pembiayaan KBB (Kendaraan Bermotor Barokah) di BMT UGT Nusantara Pusat dalam Perspektif Fatwa DSN MUI No:04/DSN-MUI/2000

Abstract

Murabahah is one of the buying and selling contracts that are lawful by Allah SWT. Murabahah is the buying and selling of goods at the original price with additional pre-agreed profits. The process of Murabahah, preceded by a contract. In this contract, there are conditions that must be fulfilled regarding the pillars and conditions. If the harmony and conditions are met, then the Murabahah agreement can be legally executed by BMT UGT Nusantara with the customer. 

Motor vehicle or motorcycle loans with Mura>bah}ah contracts are the most popular type of financing at BMT UGT Nusantara. There are several things that make people choose to apply for financing at BMT UGT Nusantara, namely, because the ACC process is fast.The type of research that the author use uses qualitative research with descriptive methods data is collected, compiled, grouped, analyzed, then integrated so that it becomes a clear and directed picture of KBB financing products at BMT UGT Nusantara. This research is in the form of field research (field research) research methods carried out by directly plunging into the object of research studied at BMT UGT Nusantara. The result of this study is the process of financing BMT UGT Nusantara motor loans using the principle of Mura>bah}ah with a contract of Murabahah bil Wakalah, from BMT UGT Nusantara buying motorized vehicles together with customers, according to specifications and customer wishes. So the motor vehicle purchase transaction from the dealer is carried out jointly by BMT and the customer. Payment of motor vehicles to dealers is made by BMT UGT Nusantara. Akad Murabahah bil Wakalah in the form of buying and selling motorbikes in the amount of the acquisition price of the motorbike plus the margin agreed by the parties BMT UGT Nusantara tells in advance the acquisition price to the customer / buyer, carried out before BMT and the customer go to the dealer. KBB financing practices at BMT UGT Nusantara are in accordance with Fatwa DSN-MUI no.04 of 2000.
