Analisis Praktik Jual Beli Makanan Melebihi Harga Pasar Menurut Perspektif Fikih Muamalah
Abstract
Islam prohibits buying and selling which has elements of ambiguity (gharar), deception (tadlis), coercion and cheating which can harm other people. High price increases for tourist attractions are not unusual for today's society, they are even considered normal. Therefore, this research is What is the practice of snacks being sold at more than market price at slopeng beach? What is the view of muamalah jurisprudence regarding the practice of buying and selling snacks above market prices at slopeng beach? The research used is a type of qualitative research using descriptive field research methods. The data sources used are primary and secondary. The object of this research is Slopeng beach in Sumenep. The results of the research concluded that: the increase in food prices at the Slopeng Beach location is influenced by the location or tourist area and also follows prices at other tourist locations as well as traders' expenses as maintenance costs for their stalls. On the other hand, according to the Islamic jurisprudence view, the practice of buying and selling at the Slopeng beach tourist location is still far from Islamic values. This can be seen from the high prices so that consumers are forced to make transactions.
