Pengaruh Work Load Pay dan Social Support terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction pada karyawan Perhotelan Bintang 4 di Jakarta Selatan
Abstract
Studi ini bertujuan guna mengukur pengaruh Work Load Pay serta Social Support kepada Turnover Intention pada pekerja yang bertugas di perhotelan bintang 4 di Jakarta Selatan dengan memakai Kebahagiaan Kegiatan selaku elastis perantaraan. Dalam riset ini dipakai pendekatan kuantitatif, serta tata cara ilustrasi purposive dipakai buat mengakulasi asumsi dari 106 pegawai. Pengetesan anggapan dicoba dengan dorongan program AMOS dengan menggunakan pendekatan bentuk pertemuan sistemis( SEM). Bagi penemuan, ikatan antara Imbalan Bobot Kegiatan serta Kebahagiaan Kegiatan tidak profitabel. Tidak hanya itu, akibat yang bagus pada kebahagiaan kegiatan bisa jadi berhubungan dengan sokongan sosial. Akhirnya, kebahagiaan kegiatan mempunyai akibat minus kepada hasrat buat meninggalkan industri dikala ini.
