Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Nilai Karakter Integritas PNS Di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen kerja dan lingkunga terhadap integritas SDM melalui emosional skill. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian yaitu PNS Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan populasi 11.011 responden, sampel diperoleh dengan teknik accidental sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan smart PLS dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil analisis data menunjukan komitmen kerja dan lingkungan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap integritas sumber daya manusia pada PNS di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sedangkan komitmen kerja terhadap integritas SDM memediasi hubungan melalui emotional skill, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap integritas SDM tidak memediasi hubungan melalui emotional skill pada PNS di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
