Pengaruh Aspek Guest Star, Fasilitas, Harga Tiket dan E-Ticketing Terhadap Preferensi Konsumen pada Event Musik Hammersonic Ravel Entertaiment

Abstract


This research aims to analyze and determine the influence aspects of guest star, facilities, ticket prices and e-ticketing on consumer preferences at the hammersonic ravel entertainment music event. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were hammersonic visitors with a total of 96 samples taken using non-probability techniques. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and was analyzed using SPSS 26. The results of the study indicate that: a) partially, guest stars have a significant effect on consumer preferences at the hammersonic ravel entertainment music event, b) partially, facilities do not affect consumer preferences at the hammersonic ravel entertainment music event, c) partially, ticket prices do not affect consumer preferences at the hammersonic ravel entertainment music event, d) e-ticketing has a significant effect on consumer preferences at the hammersonic ravel entertainment music event e) Simultaneously, guest stars, facilities, ticket prices and e-ticketing affect consumer preferences at the hammersonic ravel entertainment music event.
