Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
Plagiarism Check
- All the submitted paper on International journal of science, engineering, and information technology must be plagiarism check by Editor
- Editor using Turnitin to check plagiarism, paper must be containing similarity no more than 25%
- If paper script have similarity about 30%, editor will be sent a notice to author to reduce similarity be 25%
- Paper who containing similarity more than 30% will be rejected
General Layout
There are spelling mistakes, typos, and grammatical errors. Please beware also of using BAHASA INDONESIA term as it may not proper. You can use tools such as grammarly or recommendations provided by MS Word for language checking.
The manuscript has not used the latest IJSEIT-template. Please kindly download from our website
Manuscript should contain: Introduction, Literature Review (optional), Methods, Result, and Conclusion and are written in a separate section. The use of sub-sections to divide the text of the paper is optional and left as a decision for the author BUT please follow the format style instructions as carefully as possible.The length of the manuscript is between at least 4 pages
Authors have not used referencing tools such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting.
The manuscript MUST use Citation & Bibliography feature in Microsoft Word for handling citation in a manuscript. This is to facilitate the layout editor to finalize the manuscript. Please use the IEEE citation style.
The explanation related to previous research (literature review) is not sufficient. Authors must cite at least 10 related researches where 80% of which are RECENT papers and another at least 8 non-recent papers that are closely related to the title of the paper and considered as seminal/reputable/most cited articles in the field. Recent papers are published 5 years onwards.
The manuscript still used references that come from non-credible sources. It is suggested, the authors cited references published in ScienceDirect, IEEE Explorer, ACM Digital Library, Springer Link, Scopus, Clarivate Analytics, DOAJ, and Indonesian national accredited journals (SINTA 1/2/3).
