Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kesuksesan Wirausahawan Wanita Madura

Abstract


Artikel ini membahas mengenai karakteristik kewirausahaan (Percaya Diri, berorientasi pada tugas, mengambil resiko, Kepemimpinan, Inovatif dan Berorientasi Masa Depan) yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan bisnis wirausahawan wanita di Bangkalan. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data yang melibatkan total 70 wirausahawan wanita di Madura, Bangkalan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini digambarkan bahwa Inovatif, Berorientasi Masa Depan, Berani mengambil resiko, dan Percaya diri, berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap kesuksesan bisnis, sedangkan, Berorientasi pada tugas, dan Kepemimpinan bukan merupakan prediktor signifikan terhadap kesuksesan bisnis. Selanjutnya, diharapkan temuan penelitian ini dapat membantu pihak yang berkepentingan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan agenda untuk merangsang kinerja wirausaha wanita ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Sehingga upaya ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan dan transformasi ekonomi dimasa yang akan datang.
