This article aims to provide an overview of the implementation of learning strategies provided and carried out for children with special needs, namely autism, at the Raudhatul Athfal (RA) educational institution. This is a form of effort that education is a right for all groups. This research is a qualitative case study type research which aims to describe the results of researchers' findings on problems found in the field. The subjects of this research are special needs children with autism disorders. Data collection techniques in this research used observation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles &amp; Huberman interactive analysis model, namely data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results show that the absence of inclusion classes at RA Bakti Telang is not an obstacle in providing educational services. The inclusion approach, strategies and methods provided are the same as for normal children at RA Bakti Telang. Cooperative, affective strategies, storytelling methods, storytelling, works of art, field trips are still taught to children with autism at RA Bakti Telang with the institution's openness to accepting children with special needs. Children will be able to adapt to the environment with encouragement, teaching and innovation in the learning provided. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing simple linear regression and correlation analysis. The study was conducted in Pamekasan Regency, encompassing all 30 daycare teachers through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected via an online questionnaire using a Likert scale. Validity testing with 30 respondents revealed that the significance values for variables X and Y were 0.004 &lt; 0.05, indicating the validity of all items for both variables. Reliability testing yielded a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.931 for variable X and 0.852 for variable Y, both exceeding the 0.6 threshold, thus confirming the reliability of the items for both variables. Normality testing showed a significance value of 0.150 &gt; 0.05, suggesting a normal distribution of residuals. Homogeneity testing resulted in a value of 0.601 &gt; 0.05, indicating homogeneous data. The correlation test indicated a significance value of 0.004 &lt; 0.05, demonstrating a correlation between the two variables. The simple linear regression analysis produced an F value of 9.608, which is greater than the F table value of 4.196, with a significance level of 0.004 &lt; 0.05. This indicates that the standards of daycare facilities and infrastructure significantly influence the work motivation of daycare teachers. Bullying has negative impacts on the victims, perpetrators, and those who witness it. It is a primary factor in the deterioration of mental health. Therefore, it is crucial to educate children about bullying from an early age to prevent such incidents. This study aims to provide solutions to prevent bullying. The method used in this research is a literature review. The findings indicate that bullying occurs due to several factors, including children imitating scenes from gadgets, television, and even violent behavior from their parents, among others. The proposed solution to prevent bullying involves instilling moral and religious values in children from an early age, ensuring they are educated about the dangers of bullying and do not engage in such behavior. Teachers and parents play a critical role in instilling these values in young children. This research contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the importance of early education in moral and religious values as a preventive measure against bullying. It underscores the pivotal roles of parents and teachers in shaping children's understanding and behavior regarding bullying. This research employs a qualitative model with a sample size of 12 educators at RA Al Amien. Data collection techniques include semi-structured interviews, tests, and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out using the Miles &amp; Huberman analysis model, including 1) Data reduction, 2) Data display, 3) Conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the level of teachers' understanding at RA Al Amien in using corn waste as a learning medium is good, but not yet optimal. This is due to a lack of training, development, and understanding among teachers about the utilization of corn waste in early childhood education. Obstacles faced by teachers at RA Al Amien regarding the use of corn waste as a learning medium include limited teacher knowledge, making it not yet considered for use in the learning process. This behavior can be interpreted as actions done beyond the child's control. Consequently, this can result in children with ADHD being frequently avoided by their peers. This research aims to understand the behavior of each child with special needs, particularly those with ADHD. This study employs a qualitative research method. Data collection in the field is conducted through observation and interviews. Qualitative data analysis can be carried out through three simultaneous activities: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the first child has predominantly inattentive ADHD. This child has difficulty paying attention to details, such as being unable to focus while studying at school or doing homework, leading to frequent changes in schools and eventually dropping out. Meanwhile, the second child has predominantly hyperactive-impulsive ADHD. This child finds it difficult to sit still for long periods.
