The high interest of tourists in coral reef snorkeling activities on Gili Labak Island has resulted in considerable damage to the coral reef ecosystem and has the potential to reduce the income of the people of Gili Labak. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding, outreach, and practice of coral reef rehabilitation using the bioreeftec method from coconut shell waste to tourists and local residents on Gili Labak Island. The realization of this counseling activity was carried out by referring to the root of the problems experienced by the coastal communities of Gili Labak Island, including: 1) The local coastal community has not been educated in preserving the coral reef ecosystem for the continuation of snorkeling tourism activities, 2) The low level of awareness of tourists regarding behavior that threatens the existence of coral reefs during snorkeling activities, 3) There is no concern from the local government regarding the provision of instructions and prohibitions on tourist activities that have the potential to damage coral reefs on the island of Gili Labak. An alternative solution to the problem is conducting counseling activities and coral reef rehabilitation practices on Gili Labak Island using the bioreeftec method from coconut shell waste. The results of coral reef rehabilitation counseling activities on Gili Labak Island showed that as many as 89% of the people of Gili Labak Island were interested in rehabilitating coral reefs to preserve the coral reef ecosystem on the island.
Adinda Nuril QomariyahAprilia PutriSiti RahmaniahEka Nurrahema Ning Asih

Environmental education in schools through the Caring and Cultured Environment program in schools (PBLHS) is one of the efforts to shape the environmental behavior of the younger generation. SDI Al-Mashduqie does not yet have programs related to environmental education and 'adiwiyata schools'. The aim of this community-based empowerment is to implement the PBLHS movement which is realized in the 'Adiwiyata School'. This activity was carried out with the participation of students, teachers, principals and student guardians who are expected to provide environmental insights for all school members. The existing conditions show that there is no specific policy regarding the environment that is applied in schools. Learning about the environment in the curriculum is integrated with several subjects and there is no involvement of external parties in environmental preservation activities. Increased knowledge was obtained after conducting education related to adiwiyata, especially regarding environmental care and waste management, as well as using several technologies to support a green and healthy environment in the form of redesigning school landscapes, hydroponic training, biofloc catfish cultivation and socialization related to energy conservation by using solar electricity.

Amanatuz ZuhriyahMustika TripatmasariHaryo TriadjieSlamet Widodo

The buffalo-fighting rituals in Rambu Solo's funeral ceremony in Tana Toraja and North Toraja illustrates continuity and change in that community and the state of and alteration in economic stratification in Toraja. The number and type of buffaloes sacrificed at a funeral indicate the social class of the participants. Before the buffaloes are slaughtered, they are pitted against each other in a ritual fight to console the grieving family. This study was performed using ethnographic methods. It relied on participant observation and in-depth interviews. There are social gaps in funeral rituals in Toraja. However, the class itself is shifting. Previously, expensive events involving the sacrifices of many buffaloes were privileged to noble families. However, the ability to hold such ceremonies is open to anyone possessing wealth. Wealthy families who are not from noble lines can also hold such ceremonies. Contemporary ceremonies now feature gambling on buffalo fights. The fact that a buffalo-fighting arena is present at a funeral ceremony indicates the presence of gambling. Furthermore, such arenas can be expected to accompany the planned sacrifice of a large number of buffaloes. The increased presence of buffalo-fighting arenas and gambling at funeral ceremonies constitutes a new signifier for funeral ceremonies in Toraja.
Augustine Sem Porak TangkelikuSulistyowati Irianto

This study aims to find out and complement existing information related to the influence of e-trust, e-satisfaction, and social influence on purchase intention mediated by e-value. This is a survey research that uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through online questionnaires which were distributed to 700 marketplace consumer respondents who had purchased cell phones or gadgets from January 2023 to June 2023. There were 700 questionnaires distributed and 233 returned, but only 155 were used according to this study’s criteria. This research was carried out through a validity test and a reliability test through the MSA test with the KMO and Bartlett tests. The hypothesis test used SEM-PLS through SmartPLS 3.3.9 software. The results showed that four of the seven hypotheses proposed in this study were proven positive and significant: the effect of e-trust on e-value and purchase intention, the effect of social influence on e-value and purchase intention, while the other hypotheses which could not be proven (not significant) were the effect of e-satisfaction on e-value and purchase intention, and the effect of e-value on purchase intention. In addition, indirectly, e-value plays a role in mediating the effect of e-trust and social influence on purchase intention because it is able to change (weaken) the significant effect to be insignificant. As for mediating the effect of e-satisfaction on purchase intention, the e-value variable is unable to mediate (strengthen) because the results are not significant or the same as the direct effect of e-satisfaction on purchase intention.
Oky Arif FerdiansyahSukmo Hadi Nugroho

Suspapotmar is a series of military education activities in the Indonesian Navy which aims to organize and process educational operational equipment (katopsdik), which consists of ten components: curriculum, instruction packages, teaching staff, educational staff, students, teaching methods, alins/alongins, facilities education, educational evaluation, and budget, to achieve educational goals. All stages of course delivery must be evaluated to ensure that education is carried out correctly and effectively. Where each action runs separately or simultaneously. The implementation of Suspapotmar in Kodiklatal is inseparable from the Indonesian Navy's Education Quality Standards, which are an important component in improving educational management and the quality of educational outcomes, which helps the Indonesian Navy achieve its vision of becoming world class. It is very important for the Kodiklatal educational institution to organize the Suspapotmar course program, because apart from this course it is also needed for Serdik and is in accordance with the needs of the organization and Indonesian Navy soldiers. Not infrequently, after students complete the course and return to their workplace, they can experience problems. Therefore, evaluation will determine whether the learning program is running well. Data analysis techniques using qualitative research analysis are carried out starting from the stage of entering the object, while at the object and at the end of the object. So the results show that the determination of Suspapotmar students is in accordance with the required classification and has gone quite well. From observations in the field, all teaching staff have taken the required education. From the results of interviews with students and teaching staff, researchers received input stating that the facilities had been met. And based on expert information, the education budget is well supported and has been implemented according to established mechanisms, including fulfilling the rights of students.
Dwi SaptonoRomy HermawanAdi Bandono

The village of Tulorantea is one of the villages where the community is engaged in tilapia fish farming. The tilapia fingerlings used are generally imported from other regions at a relatively high cost (> Rp. 1000/individual with a size of 3-5 cm), and they are often ordered in large quantities. This situation poses a threat to the sustainability of small-scale tilapia farming. In addition, the profits obtained by fish farmers at the end of the cultivation period are relatively low. One of the efforts to address this issue is the use of self-produced fingerlings. This can be achieved successfully if the breeding process of tilapia is well understood by the farmers. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to provide farmers with an understanding of the proper methods for tilapia breeding to produce self-produced fingerlings and strategies for marketing quality fishery products. This activity is conducted in the form of counseling, with participants from the village government and fish farmers. Two weeks after the counseling, 100 potential breeders (25 males and 75 females) and net cages for acclimatizing the potential breeders are handed over to the fish farmers. The results of the activity show that the fish farmers are very enthusiastic about participating in the program and becoming involved in tilapia breeding to produce self-produced fingerlings to support their farming activities. In conclusion, problem-based counseling activities aimed at addressing the challenges faced by fish farmers have increased the enthusiasm of fish farmers in their efforts to achieve optimal production.
Novalina SerdiatiNasmia NasmiaMade AntaraAkbar Marzuki TahyaMuhammad Safir
