Alternatif Model Kebijakan dalam Upaya Penanggulangan Kemiskinan di Indonesia

Abstract


Meskipun subsistensi dari komitmen untuk pengentasan kemiskinan melalui sebagai salah satu contoh dari MDGs PBB dan kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia, dikonfirmasi hasil yang memuaskan. Kegagalan dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan ini kemudian diamati dari perspektif studi administrasi publik, khususnya sebagai efektivitas isu-isu kebijakan, termasuk desain, pendekatan manajemen, dan nilai-nilai. Sangat menarik untuk mempelajari bagaimana orang-orang miskin sebagai agen dikelilingi struktur pertemuan mereka dalam bentuk hubungan dengan nilai-nilai kepentingan aktor-aktor lain sebagai implikasi dari model kebijakan yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model kebijakan yang ada dengan menggunakan pendekatan struktural adalah konten baik terlalu banyak yang terlalu banyak kebijakan didasarkan pada pendekatan supply-driven dan implikasi praktis pelaksanaannya. Pelaksanaan kebijakan yang dihasilkan struktur batas bagi masyarakat miskin. Dalam situasi ini, Strategis miskin kelangsungan hidup khusus mereka sendiri.
