PERANCANGAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM PELAPORAN TERPADU SISTEM INFORMASI PUSKESMAS (SPT SIMPUS) DENGAN METODE BPR

Abstract

Health Department as one of public services needs an accurate and trustworthy
information system to increase its services. The available information system-
Integreted Report System of SIMPUS has yet to support infoormation needed by
Health Department in a Regency. In order to know the up to date information from Puskesmas ( Community Health Center), the institution needs to improve information system to support its performance. This research designed web application on a multi user of Integreted Report System of (SIMPUS), it was purposed for all of the employees in local network of Regency Public Service. This system was developed with Business Process Redesign (BPR). It also redesigned the system to repair the inefficiency of the previous system and to add the security function in the new system. Input of the system is patient visit, diagnosis, recipes, and charge of Puskesmas (Community Helath Center) report and other previous system informations. Out put of the system is graphic of patient visit, recapitulation report, and mapping the spreading of deseases.
