Implementasi Strategi SCA Pada Produk Bsm E-Money Di Bank Syariah Mandiri

Abstract


At the time of the current Covid-19 pandemic, many people avoid direct contact with cash so they use E-Money and make the use of E- Money increase. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) strategy on e-money products at Bank Syariah Mandiri and to find out whether the implementation of the SCA strategy implementation strategy on e-money products at BSM is in accordance with sharia principles.

This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Sources of data in this study were taken from primary data and secondary data.

 Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by two methods, namely from the library and in the field, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, display data and drawing conclusions.

The result of this study is that Bank Syariah Mandiri applies a competitive advantage strategy to BSM E-Money products, namely the price strategy, product differentiation strategy and focus strategy. And for the implementation of sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) strategy on BSM E-Money products, namely distinctive capabilities and competencies, customer focus, dynamic strategy, innovation, organization and process. And for the implementation of competitive advantage or sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) strategy on E- Money products at BSM, it is in accordance with Islamic sharia principles.
