Abstract


The existence of the role of maqasid sharia is important with the aim of providing benefits and benefit to humans, maqasid sharia are legal rules that Allah determines only for the benefit of humans themselves. Many convection businesses prefer to employ piecework employees to make it easier to increase production and many of them tend to think of personal interests and put quality aside and do not pay attention to God's laws, especially in maintaining asset management. This study aims to find out how the application of maqashid sharia (hifdz al-maal) to CV. Maulana Al-Gifary. This research uses descriptive research or commonly called descriptive research which uses a qualitative research approach. In this method the collection of materials and objects uses field research, namely research that uses information obtained from research targets who go directly to the research site and for further research targets are called respondents and informants through data collection instruments such as questionnaires, observations, interviews etc. The results of this study state that the analysis of the application of maqashid sharia (hifdz maal) to CV. Maulana Al-ghifary has been proven to carry out and continue to promote maqasid sharia values. With 4 indicators namely management of income, management of needs, laundering of assets, management of uncertainty.
